hey everyone, i'm massively confused right now and my head is swimming with information after researching hair loss for a couple of months!  Mad I've started DT and have been seeing good results with that so far but I would also like to start taking supplements to boost my hair and overall health. I already take Iodine, Selenium, Magnesium, Molybdenum, Vitamin C and Coconut Oil and a Probiotic. I have a history of candida problems / massive digestion problems after taking antibiotics for 2 years for acne. Evil or Very Mad

I'm pretty sure I have a weak thyroid which is why I started taking the Iodine and Selenium and it seems to have helped. Anyway, I really want to start taking some of the IH top 6 or other good supplements, but I'm not made of money. I've heard a super green powder is good as well but would that negate the need to take the IH supplements?

Here's what I'm currently considering buying:

Thyroid Boost (seems to have everything for a healthy thyroid)
Krill Oil
Ecklonia Cava Extract

Would these be enough or would I need to buy the other supplements to do anything for hair loss? I'm also considering the antioxidant boost as well. Thanks for any help, I'm going crazy here trying to figure this out!

Before you even consider the more expensive supplements, make sure you have the basics. Vitamin D3 is extremely important, and is dirt cheap. Green Tea Extract is also the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to antioxidants I believe as well. The Krill Oil's a really good idea just make sure it is neptune krill oil or the type sold on this site. A lot of krill oils are underdosed, and have too little Astaxanthin, which is one of the main benefits krill oil has over fish oil. I don't know anything about ecklonia cava or thyroid boost so I can't comment all I know is that ecklonia cava in theory is very promising, and there are many on this site who swear by it... I'm too low on funds to give it a try, especially after my failed kitchen sink approach to curing my mpb, but I hope this gives you a good start, or at least a few things to consider
