I don't think it has stem cells in it. It supports the stem cells already in your scap. But if you are balding you probably are in short supply of stem cells. And how can you apply just 3 -5 drops to your entire scalp?  scratch

easily

it only takes a few drops of emu oil, about 6 drops can cover an entire scalp, that isn't the problem
