Carnivore Diet.
Anyone ever see success on this hair wise? The Online community seems to be divided. Iv been on it for the most part since July, much to the misery of family and coworkers who think its insane.
Took a while to get used to it but have seen a massive improvement in weight loss. Triglycerides (was over 200 since forever, now around 80) and digestion however along with not getting any form of crud. Generally consume around two pounds of Grass fed ground/stew beef, lamb or venison cooked in tallow or lard sourced from U.S Wellness Meats. Along with their organ sausages or liver supplements should I not have the willpower top get over the taste. My GP is fine with it so far, but wants my cholesterol back under 200 from the 210 where it is now with no increase in HDL (which is still low), was around 150 prior.

Re: Carnivore Diet.
I would imagine things like potassium, magnesium might be hard to obtain from it, maybe try adding in some small amounts of plant foods low in plant toxins?

Re: Carnivore Diet.
I have been on the carnivore diet since a month now, it cured my chronic canker sores which i suffered from for 20 years every day, the inflamation of my gums and throat has gone down about 50%, all the fat on my body has dissapeared...and all this in just one month. I'm impressed with this diet so far.
I'm very curious what will happen to my body in another month or 2. There are some doctors on youtube promoting this diet, and it makes a lot of sense, especially if you have autoimune or inflammation issues like i have.

I tried it out, however I am fortunate as I have no autoimmune issues. There's a lot of good praise in the carnivore community, many people do this for a very long time, and often the only salvation from their diseases.
I believe a lot of autoimmune issues are related to \/@ccines and the glyphosate found in all the grain foods, which ultimately destroy the gut.
Since I can eat anything, I do try to eat organic if it's grain foods, because of the glyphosate poisoning.

Hair loss is mentioned (during the pre-Carnivore periods)
