Lugol's 7% iodine. Uses?
I forget who it was who mentioned that they use lugol's iodine topically and found its gets absorbed systemically?
What are some uses of this solution? I have been trying to use seaweed to get some iodine but find I cant really stand it and from what I hear... Brewing it with tea and coffee just isnt cutting it? I am gonna try cooking it with vegetables next that are steamed..
How does one go about using 7% iodine? Should I just ingest it? I am going to start a basal temperature test starting soon. but since my hairloss is coming on more rapidly... I presume I have some thyroid issues despite being tested...
(I was a 1.0 on a scale of .4-4.0)

Although I'm not as pro iodine as it once was, if you are new trying iodine, you may like to start at a lower dose of iodine, Iosol which can be reasonably cheaply purchased off iherb.com is the one I first started on.
I got a bottle of 15%, I used it topically for the removal of moles however the mole came back shortly after I removed it, however I possibly didn't do the procedure as best I coukd.

Just ingest it. Take it in your juice, coffee, milk, water whatever. Barely any iodine is absorbed through your skin, most evaporates, contrary to popular belief. Your thyroid alone needs 50 mg to operate properly.
