Immorthal,do you remember that I had iron anemia, and you suggested me the iodine to increase absorption?
It`s unveliavable bounce ,I use to have 11.9 of hemoglobine and now I have 12.8 cheers
Thanks so much,such a little change,and I done it!!!

Tell me another thing, the vitamine B12 can increase also the iron absortion??

Another thing,I forgot to take iodine for just two days and I immediately began to sufer from my stomach,itīs really strange...
So ,my question is,do I have to take it forever???

sissi - Many of us are lacking iodine, but women especially are at risk. Depending on how much you are using, it could take a long time to get your iodine requirements satisfied.

For example, all of our cells, glands, and organs need iodine, yet our thyroid always gets it first and before any of our other organs can use it fully, the thyroid first needs 100 times what it needs. It could very well take a year before your body has enough, and a smaller maintenance dose maybe needed afterwards.

B12 and folic acid would be highly recommended for iron absorption.
