Mucuna Pruriens
I have been reading into the benefits of Mucuna. It almost seems too good to be true. Lowers prolactin, increases test, regulates cortisol, etc. If these are true, I would imagine it would be beneficial to one's hair/scalp. Thoughts?

I've been taking mucuna pruriens for a couple of years now to boost testosterone naturally. Can't say it's done much for my hair

Thanks for the input. Do you feel that it boosted your testosterone at all?

Tried MP several times over the years and it never seemed to make any impact.
