Looking for forum feedback: is the manual I’m doing considered wounding?

Just curious what everyone thinks.
I apply pressure with a bamboo brush and vigorously move my scalp around underneath 10 min 3 x a day.
I do get some scalp flaking etc.
Is this just considering decalcification or do you guys think there is any actual micro wounding occurring?
